Set a Specific Price, Discount, and Credits for Members in a Given Service
Use a member’s pricing for one or more of your services to override the standard membership discount.

Always on Time (AOT.plus) allows the option for business owners to set a specific price, discount, and credits for the service that overrides the standard membership discount.
Standard Member’s Discount applies in the Amount/Credits redemption method, where clients with valid memberships can enjoy a special discount for all redemptions. Learn more.
Specific Member’s Pricing is an optional feature that applies to one or more services.
How It Works
Member Pricing is an amount that will be redeemed for clients that hold a valid amount-based membership. It can be specified as a fixed price, a discount from the regular price, or an amount in credits.
To apply a member’s pricing, under the AOT Sidebar, choose Services. Select any service you prefer to add a member pricing.
Enable the toggle button to apply member pricing and specify the following based on your preference:
- Fixed Price - Add a specific amount that will be deducted from the remaining amount of clients with a valid amount-based membership
a. For example, if the service price is $109, but you added 100 fixed price for a member pricing, it will deduct 100 from the remaining value of the membership - Discount - Add a percent off the regular price. It will deduct the total after discount from the remaining amount of a client's valid amount-based membership
a. For example, if the service price is $89, and you set a 2% discount for a member pricing, it will deduct 87.22 from the remaining value of the membership - Credits - Use credits to deduct from the remaining amount of a client's valid amount-based membership
a. For example, if the service price is $89, but you added 15 credits as member pricing, it will deduct 15 from the remaining value of the membership
TIP: The member pricing you set for a given service will not affect other redemptions under the same package or subscription. The standard member discount will still apply to other services. Learn More.
