Offer Memberships for your Services
Use our simple membership creation workflow to add memberships that enable your clients to book your classes or services!

Create and sell packages or recurring subscription-based memberships to your clients and loyal customers. Memberships allow clients to book your services through a package or a subscription.
Step 1: Add New Membership
From the Membership section of the AOT sidebar, select “Add Membership” to get started. A membership dashboard will appear.
Enter the basic information for your membership.
Step 2: Membership type and other details
- Upload a photo that displays on the Customer Booking Page.
- Note: Upload a photo with a minimum resolution of 300x200 and a maximum size of 4MB. Supports .jpg and .png.
In the same dashboard, there are two membership types. Select the type of membership you want to offer to your customers.
- Choose a membership type
- Package. A package is a one-time payment for a fixed amount or value of services, and it is redeemable at any time within the validity period.
- Subscription. Subscriptions are similar to packages, except they are renewed each cycle, based on the settings you provide.
- Select a Location. If the revenue for your Membership should be attributed to a specific location, then specify that as the primary location. Otherwise, you can select all locations.
- Add the name of your Membership
- Add a Category
- Include a short description of your Membership

Step 3: Redemption Details
There are three different methods how to redeem your package. Select how your customers can redeem the package and its value or limit.
Redemption Method
- Services. Good for a fixed number of services, group classes, or appointments
- Fixed Amount. Good for a fixed dollar amount.
- Time. Good for a fixed number of minutes or hours
Pricing and Renew Information
- Price. Enter the desired price for the package
- Time Period. Add the validity period of the package
- Initial Set up fee. Decide on the initial payment.
Cycles (for Subscription memberships only)
- Number of Cycles. There are two options for setting the number of cycles in a subscription membership.
- Forever until canceled - the membership will renew indefinitely until it is canceled by either the client or an AOT admin
- Fixed number of cycles - the membership will only renew for a fixed number of cycles that you can specify here
- Renewal. Decide how the remaining value carries over to the following months.
- None - the membership value is fixed when it is created, and will not reset or refresh
- Reset - the membership value resets to the amount chosen at each renewal period
- Roll Over - the membership value resets to the amount chosen at each renewal period, and unused services are rolled over to the next period
- NOTE: Unused services will expire after a period of 3 months

Step 4: Select Services
Add categories and services. All services or categories selected here will be eligible for booking by your clients using their personal membership.
Choose the category and services you want to include in the membership by simply checking the empty box on the left. You have two options on how to do this.
- Categories. Check the empty box on the left side of the category. This allows you to offer all services within a category, including services created in the future under this category, to your clients.
- Individual Services. Check the empty box on the left side of the services you want to include. This means offering individual services to your clients.

Step 5: Set Booking Options
Once satisfied with your membership services, select “Next” and set a booking page.
Privacy
- Public. Include this service on your Customer Booking Page
- Private. Only offer this service privately by sharing a direct link

- Use a standalone booking URL
