Keep Track of Attendance for Staff and Customers Using a Sign-In Kiosk
Launch the AOT Sign-in Kiosk for your staff and customers to sign in to their classes and services.

Always on Time (AOT.plus) provides an option to avoid absences and missed check-ins by launching the AOT Sign-In Kiosk on your device so your staff and customers can check in directly to their classes and appointments.
How It Works
On the AOT Sidebar, select the Sign-in Kiosk section. Here are the simple steps to launch the Kiosk:
- Select the date of the class or appointment to occur
- Add the location where the class/appointment takes place
- Add the specific service
Click the URL provided or click the “Launch Sign-In Kiosk” button. It will redirect you to the Kiosk window.
TIP: If you’re using a tablet, it is recommended to launch the AOT Sign-In Kiosk in portrait mode for the best result.
Instructors and Students Check-In
One of the most important features of a Sign-In Kiosk is the instructor and students’ ability to check in once they arrive in the studio or class.
Instructor Check In
On the top-right corner of the screen, select the “Instructor Check-in” button to change the staff or instructor.
Select the dropdown menu for the list of instructors and click the “Check in” button.
Change Class
On the top-right corner of the screen, select the “Change Class” button to change the date and class or service.
The system will show the list of attendees for this class.
Student Check In
On the list of attendees, students can check in by clicking on the “Check in” button once they arrive at the location.
Aside from Students and Instructors checking in, the Kiosk will also display the number of slots left.
The class details, highlighted in orange, display the type of service and the number of slots left.
The booking detail also shows whether the client is a member, uses a coupon for a free trial class, or chooses a pay later option.

Additional Notes
Using the AOT Sign-In Kiosk, admins and instructors can also Register New Clients whether members or not. Learn more.
