How to Set Up Your Booking Page Payment Options?
Set your preferred payment policy to guide your customers through the booking payment process.

With the Booking Page Payment Policy in place, you can choose whether payments are a requirement or optional for booking appointments. If you have the payment processor integrated, you can enable the option to take customer payment from the Booking Page.
How it Works
To set up your booking page payment policy, log into your AOT account and perform the following steps:
- Go to Settings on your AOT sidebar.
- Or click your Profile Avatar and select Settings.
- Select Payment Policy and choose your preferred policy. Payment policy options available are as follows:
- Require a payment at booking time (Default) - This option requires a payment upfront at booking time.
- Payment at booking time is optional - This option allows payment via cash or card.
- Do not allow payment at booking time - This option does not allow payment and only accepts acquired membership or coupons for payment at booking time.

4. Once a payment policy is set, you can set a Default Commission Rate by percentage or by a certain rate that applies to all bookings. Click Save.

5. Once set, go to the Booking Page on the AOT sidebar. Once your customer book an appointment, payment options are available at booking time.
