How to Connect a Payment Processor to Take Credit Card Payments Online

Enable online payments to easily accept credit card payments from your customers. Do this by connecting or adding a payment processor. Always on Time (AOT.plus) seamlessly integrates with Stripe. 

How it Works

When you set up AOT + Stripe Integration, your customers will be able to submit payments securely when they book an appointment with you. To connect your Stripe account, simply visit the Integrations page from the AOT sidebar account and select the option for Stripe, then connect your Stripe account, or if you don’t already have a Stripe account, you may create a new one.


For a more detailed guide, please follow the steps below. 

Connect your Stripe account

Connect Stripe to your AOT Account to begin accepting payments through your Stripe account payment.


To get started, follow these steps below:


  1. Go to Integrations on the AOT sidebar
  2. Select Stripe and click Connect to begin the Stripe Integration
  3. You will be prompted to complete the setup with an existing Stripe Account or with a new Stripe Account. 

Option 1: If you have an Existing Stripe Account

If you already have an existing Stripe account, you can connect it to your AOT account.


  1. Click Login in to Stripe
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Stripe Account.
  3. Enter the password for your Stripe Account.
  4. Select the account you’d like to connect to AOT.
  5. Click Connect.
  6. After successful integration, you will be redirected back to your Integration page on AOT. 


Connect. By doing this, you allow AOT to connect to any of your existing business accounts.
Create a new account. Do this when you want to create another business account to connect to AOT.

Option 2: If you don’t have a Stripe Account

If you don’t have a Stripe account but wish to integrate your AOT with Stripe. Create a Stripe account directly through AOT Integration with Stripe.


  1. Select Create a New Account.
  2. Enter your desired Stripe account credentials (email & password)
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Provide a mobile number, they will send the verification via SMS.
  5. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account.


Please note that completing this form on behalf of a business, it must be completed by the business owner or someone with significant management responsibility for that business.


Activate Payments and enter the following details

  • Business Information
  • Bank Account details


6. After completion, AOT will prompt you to review your details.

7. Click Submit.

8. After successful integration, you will be redirected back to your Integration page on AOT. 

Start Accepting Payments

Once your Stripe is successfully connected with AOT and edited your event type’s payment settings. You’re ready to start taking payments online for your services or memberships.
