How to Manually Add New Clients?
This guide discusses how to add new clients while simultaneously purchasing a paid appointment(s) and sending them an email invitation.

AOT makes it convenient for you to create and share appointment details with your new clients and staff. Whether your customer chooses to book an appointment or purchase memberships over a phone call or in person, AOT gives you the flexibility to book an appointment faster.
There are two ways you can add a new client.
- By Adding a Client Account to your Dashboard.
- By Adding a Client from your Booking Page.
Option 1: Adding Clients to the Dashboard
To add a new client to your dashboard, simply follow the steps below.
- Go to Client section on the AOT sidebar, under the universal create button click + New, and select New Client. Or simply click the + Add New on the right sidebar.

2. On the New Client dashboard, add the client's general information, then Save. Adding private notes for this client is optional.
3. Once completed, a new client will be added to the Client Dashboard. To edit or add an appointment and purchase memberships on behalf of this client, simply click the edit icon. Learn more.
New clients, admins, or staff will receive email notifications regarding their appointment or membership status. Learn more.

Option 2: Adding Clients from Your Booking Page
At every level, including the free Basic level, you get a personalized URL that sends invitees to your booking page. Without the “usual” back-and-forth process, invitees see your available appointment slots and can choose the one that best suits them.
To directly add a new client from your booking page, simply follow the steps below.
- Go to your Booking Page on the AOT sidebar. Select a type of service or membership your client wants to avail of.
- Click Appointments, choose date and time, and click Book.
- Enter basic client information. Choose the pricing option. Once everything has been confirmed, click Book Now!
Do the same process if a new client or customer wants to avail of your membership/s.
New clients, admins, or staff will receive an email booking confirmation and you have the option to synchronize appointments to both your AOT and Google Calendar. Learn more.
