How to Set up Zapier

Combining AOT and Zapier gives you the robust power to integrate two or more apps. AOT and Zapier can help you save time, make your business more efficient and eliminate repetitive tasks. With AOT plus Zapier, you can use your customer and scheduling data in AOT and integrate it with over 5000 of your favorite apps in a few clicks. In this article, you will learn the step-by-step guide to integrating AOT with Zapier.
Quick Tip: AOT + Zapier integration is available to tenants on the Single Studio and Multi-location business plans.
General Configurations
Tenants with Zapier integrations enjoy automation with Google Contacts, Google Sheets, Slack, MailChimp, Facebook Lead Ads, SupportBee, and many more. To enable our pre-built Zapier Integrations, or ‘Zaps,’ follow these steps below.
1. Sign in to your AOT account, and click Integrations on the bottom-left-hand menu.

2. On the Integration dashboard, go to Zapier and click Enable.
NOTE: Take note of the username and password generated in the pop-up window - these credentials are generated specifically for your personal AOT account to integrate with Zapier.

3. Once enabled, click Open Zapier.
It will redirect you to the Zapier website to sign-up or log in to your account.


4. From the Zapier apps menu, search for aot.plus and 4 other apps and click Continue.

5. From the How do you want to get started page, click Start using Zapier to enable the integration.

6. Click the + Create Zap button from the top-left sidebar.

7. From the Trigger page, click for the AOT.plus from the App event section.

8. Choose event(s) from the drop-down menu. (Required)

9. From the Trigger section, Sign-in with your AOT account.
This is your Zapier ID and Zapier Password. You can check your credentials under the “View Account Details” generated from the AOT Zapier Integration pop-up in Step 3.

10. Click Yes, Continue to allow access to your AOT account.
Your AOT account is now successfully connected. From here you may proceed to set up the automation of your choice.

Zapier Integration
Once your account is connected and you have created automation in Zapier (known as a “Zap”), Zapier will run completely in the background, saving you countless hours of manual effort without the need to lift a finger. This is incredibly useful for automating tasks you do regularly. Such as automatically sharing new bookings with your staff, saving orders in your accounting system, or informing your team about membership renewal failure or cancellations in Slack.
