Learn more about our monthly or yearly subscription plans to meet the budget of any business, small to large.

The AOT subscription plans are intended for businesses with specific needs such as the number of staff, number of locations, and number of appointments.
AOT provides flexible tiers for businesses with scheduling and management needs, Free Forever, Standard Tier, and Pro Tier. Below are the plans you can enjoy under the AOT system.
21-Day Free Trial
After creating an account, you have a 21-Day Free Trial to experience premium AOT Features such as:
- Up to 500 appointments and bookings
- 1 location
- 5 staff
Once the trial period ends, your plan will revert to the AOT Free Forever plan. Staff or locations created during the Free Trial period beyond the Free Forever limit will be disabled or grayed out when the Free Trial expires.
You can start the Free Trial without a credit card and with no commitment or obligation at all. AOT will only collect your credit card info upon upgrading to a paid plan.
No charges apply with the Free Forever plan, and as you guess, it is free, forever!

Upgrade Your Account
However, if your business has a requirement to take advantage of features like unlimited bookings, multiple locations, and more than a couple of staff members, you may simply upgrade your account at any time from your AOT Account Profile page (Image 1.1a).

Trial Period Expiration Alert
Don’t fret. As an account owner, you will get an email from AOT before your trial period expires and provide you with options to extend your plan or upgrade.
If you’re satisfied with AOT and are thinking of upgrading your plan, you can upgrade your account at any time from your AOT Account Profile page. You may also view your subscription status under the Subscription tab.
The Subscription tab is located in the lower half of the page, you can check your current plan and opt to upgrade based on your need (image 1.1b).

Monthly or Yearly Available Plans
On the AOT Pricing Page, you'll see the available plans and features Monthly or Yearly. This will give every business owner an option to choose which plan meets their budget.
Please note that the pricing is based on USD. Pricing in other currencies is provided for indicative purposes only.
Pricing varies depending on the currency of your selected country. As you toggle the switch button for monthly or yearly billing, the pricing changes respectively (image 1.1c)
AOT Flexible Tiers
- Free Forever. For individuals, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. Add-ons for staff, location, and appointment are not supported.
- Up to 50 bookings per month, whether it’s a group class, 1 on 1 appointment, or series.
- 1 business location
- Up to 2 staff
- No billing, no commitment
- 21-day free trial including premium features
- Standard Tier (Single Studio). For small businesses with one or two (add-ons) locations.
- Up to 500 bookings per month, whether it’s a group class, 1 on 1 appointment, or series.
- 1 business location (by default, can do location add-ons)
- Up to 5 staff
- Monthly billing for only $49
- Save 10% on yearly billing for only $530 ($44 / month)
- Pro Tier (Multi-location Business). For growing businesses with multiple locations.
- Unlimited bookings per month, whether it’s a group class, 1 on 1 appointment, or series.
- 2 business locations (by default, can do location add-ons)
- Up to 10 staff
- Unlimited integrations
- Open API
- Monthly billing for only $89
- Save 10% on yearly billing for only $961 ($80 / month)

Subscription Add-Ons
On the same tab “Subscription”, you can add staff, locations, and appointments as required and needed for your business.
Note: Add-ons are limited based on your current plan. Add-ons for Standard Tier and Pro Tier will be added to your subscription billing.
As mentioned above, there are no available Add-Ons for Free Tier. This is intended for individuals with fewer appointments per month but needs a free scheduling system to manage their business.
Standard Tier Available Add-Ons
Single studio businesses that are expanding can add a new location, more staff, and a number of appointments.
- $49 per additional location
- $6 per additional staff
- $6 per additional 500 appointments
Entitlements and add-ons under this tier are limited to 2 locations, 5 staff, and 500 appointments only.
Pro Tier Available Add-Ons
Intended for growing businesses with multiple locations. Businesses under this tier will enjoy exclusive features and discounts.
- $49 per additional location
- $6 USD per additional staff
- Unlimited appointments
Entitlements and add-ons under this tier are UNLIMITED! That's right, you can add as many staff as you wish, and add as many locations as your business expands. Granted that, once you upgrade or subscribe to this plan, you will have unlimited appointments by default.

Upgrade or Downgrade Your Current Subscription
Account or Business owners have an option to upgrade or downgrade their subscription tiers. Doing so could also affect add-ons based on subscription offers. See the example image below (image 2.1a).
Step 1: Choose whether to Upgrade or Downgrade
Under the AOT Account Profile and on the same Subscription tab.
Select your preferred subscription plan, then click the Upgrade or Downgrade button as seen in the image below.

Step 2: Purchase Summary Window
Once successful, a Purchase Summary window will display. You may apply your coupon code for discounted offers (if you have one) by toggling the switch button (image 2.1b).
Step 3: Add Your Card Details
For paid plans, whether you upgrade or downgrade, you need to include your card details for the cashless payment method. Click the "Add Card" button and fill in the information needed.
Once done, you can click again the "Add Cart" button and then proceed to "Confirm & Pay Now".
