Set Coupons, Special Discounts, or Promos to your Clients
Offer coupons and discounts for clients to use when purchasing memberships and booking your services

Always on Time (AOT.plus) provides the option to offer coupons to your clients and customers. Customers can enjoy discounts to book services and purchase memberships using the coupon provided.
This article will show you how to create and set up a special coupon or discount code for your customers.
How It Works
Go to the Coupons section on the AOT Sidebar. You have the option to Edit an existing coupon or Create and Add a New coupon.
- To Edit, simply click on the specific coupon you want to update.
- To Create and Add a new coupon, select the + Add New button.
Enter the basic information for your new coupon
On the New Coupon dashboard, add the details and other information.
- Enter the unique “Code” for the coupon
- Add more details or a short “Description” of the coupon
- Set a “Redemption Period” on when the coupon should be redeemed
- “Set an end date” on when the coupon should end
- The “Discount” can be in percent (% off) or currency ($ off)
- Choose the type of "Redemption Limit". Allow limitations when clients use this coupon based on the following limits:
- One use per client
- Total uses across all clients - One use per client
- Total uses across all clients - No limit per client
- Unlimited uses for all clients
- Select the "Locations" where the coupon should be redeemed
Choose how coupons can be redeemed
On the Select Redemption Type tab, you have an option on how coupons can be redeemed, in Services or Memberships.
- Available Services such as Appointment type, Group Class, and Series Class.
- Available Memberships such as Packages and Subscriptions.
Start adding categories and services
For the Services Redemption type, all individual services under the Services Category will automatically appear. You can choose and include specific services in the coupon redemption.
As for the Memberships Redemption type, all packages or subscriptions under the Membership Category will automatically appear. You can choose and include specific packages or subscriptions in the coupon redemption.
For Services Redemption Type
Check the empty box on the left to select Category or Individual Services.
Please note that selecting the category will add all services under this category including future updates.
Once done, select “Save”.
For Memberships Redemption Type
Coupons with a Membership Redemption Type are available only for purchasing a package or subscription, whether on the booking page or in the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Check the empty box on the left to select Membership (Package or Subscription) Category or Individual Packages/Subscriptions.
Please note that selecting the category will add all packages/subscriptions under this category including future updates.
Once done, select “Save”.
