Customize your booking page for a better appearance from the background, branded colors, introductory message, the default entry screen, and many more.

Isn't it great to have a personalized booking page you can give your customers? AOT Booking System lets you customize your booking page to have a better appearance without too much effort.
Here are simple steps and guides on how to customize your booking page:
Step 1. Customize Booking Page under Services Section
Go to the Services section under the AOT Sidebar.
Click the drop-down arrow on the Preview Booking Page and select Customize Booking Page.
From there, you need to add the Basic Info under General Tab.
- Booking URL
- Lets you personalized your booking URL
- Primary Color
- Pick a color that represents your brand
- Background Image
- Add your background image
- Introductory Message
- This is where you add further instructions for your customers and clients
- You can also use this for business announcements
- Booking Page Default Entry Screen
There are three options to choose from for your entry screen that will be displayed on your booking page.
- Locations
- From the list of available locations by default for selection
- Services
- From the list of available services for a single location
- You can also enable the services by category
- Memberships
- From the list of available memberships for a single location
Once satisfied, click Save. You can also view your current booking page from the "View Live" button in the right corner.
Step 2. Preferred Language Mapping
In contrast to other scheduling platforms, AOT has a unique way of delivering services to your customers such as the ability to add and update the preferred language.
String Translations
- Update string translations for selected languages. If no translation is provided, the default language string will be displayed on the page.
Strings are the cells, you can edit each cell based on your preference.
To update preferred language settings, click on the button above to open the Preferred Language settings screen.

Step 3. Share the Booking Page Link
There are different options when sharing your booking page with your customers.
Main Booking Page
Your main booking page can either be embedded in your website or just use the direct link.
- Embed Code
- Copy this iframe code when embedding it on your website
- Direct Link
- Use this link to share with your customers.
- You can also use this to link to an external URL on your website
Direct Link to a Service or Memberships
To share or embed a direct link to a specific service, membership, or another item, please locate the BOOKING PAGE link from the relevant item.
