View & Generate Reports for Booking, Clients, Memberships, Commissions, and Staff Payroll
This article describes how to generate and view reports through the Reports Page in the AOT Portal.

Always on Time (AOT.plus) lets you create complete reports of your business activity, comply with regulations, extract data and stats for internal use, and much more! All reports are visible on your screen and can also be downloaded as Excel spreadsheets containing more detailed details.
View and generate reports about your booking, clients, memberships, commissions, and staff payroll. Use these reports to gauge client interests, calculate payroll, and track staff members’ performance. You can also view client profiles and review subscriptions, memberships, packages, events, gift cards, and single sessions the client has purchased.
Available Reports
Click Reports on your sidebar to view the following reports:
- Bookings - A summary of all booked appointments across a given period.
- Clients - A list of all client profiles, appointments, and detail.
- Memberships - A list of all memberships per location, membership type, usage, and more.
- Sales & Commissions - A list of sales and commissions per location, period, and staff.
- Staff Payroll - The total payroll for staff for a given pay period.
How it Works
Take the following steps to perform the Viewing and Generating of Reports.
- In the AOT sidebar, click Reports.
- On my Report Dashboard Page, select the report to view and generate.
- To apply filters, set the information you want the report to contain and click the Apply Filters button.
- After you run the report, you can view it in excel or export the results by clicking the Export to Excel button.
- The report is generated in Excel and displayed on the Reports Dashboards page.

Filters & Terminology
Each report can be filtered to produce very specific and targeted results. In addition to date source, you can filter your results by date, the staff member who made the booking, or by specific item/services.
