Always on Time (AOT.plus) feature adds SMS and WhatsApp capabilities to the Booking, Appointment, and Membership Notifications in your AOT account, wherein clients can receive offers and notifications directly on their mobile phones.

However, AOT limits SMS and WhatsApp messages to 250 characters only. Notifications and reminders will not be sent once messages reach this character limit. This notification setting is currently available to free and paid tiers. However, consumption base charges may be levied in the future.
