How to Offer Classes for Group Class and Class Series Services?
Offer your Group Class and Class Series services to your clients, so they can view and book classes.

In Always on Time (AOT.plus), you can offer Group Classes or Class Series Services to engage your customers in the long term.
Class Types:
- Group Classes can also be offered on a one-time basis only. Choose the one-time option instead of recurring when offering a one-day or a non-recurring group class service.
- Class Series is a set of group classes that is paid for at once and all classes in the series must be attended.
This guide covers how to create a group class or class series in three easy ways.
Option #1: Offer Class on the Edit Service Page
Directly offer a group class or class series services right after you created and added the basic info using the Offer Class on the Edit Service page.
- Add the location and space for this service.
- Where you would like this class to be held.
- Select the host or the staff.
- Select the staff member who will teach for this class.
- Choose the date and time you want to offer this service.
- The time and date will reflect on the first class.
- Always check the box if you want this service to recur.
- Recurring classes will repeat 2 or more times.
- Schedule the recurrence on how you want the service to repeat.
- Weekly. Offered once a week.
- For example, every Wednesday at 10 am.
- Every month on this date. Offered every month on the same date.
- For example, on the 25th of every month.
- Every month on this day of the week. Offered on the same day of the week every month
- For example, the 2nd Thursday of every month.
- Daily. Offered every day at the selected time.
- For example, every day at 10 am.
- Save when done.
Option #2: Offer Class button under the Services Dashboard
The Offer Class button is another option is to offer a class after creating a group class or class series service. This button will automatically appear once you set up a group class or class series.
- Go to the Services section under the AOT Sidebar.
- All services are displayed in a category.
- Select the Offer Class button on the right.
- It will redirect you to the group class service dashboard and add all the details needed.
- Save when done.
Option #3: +Add menu tab on the Services Page
Alternatively, you can also offer Group Class services using the + New menu tab located on the top right corner.
- Select the drop-down on the + New button and click New Class.
- Select Service.
- Select the Location.
- Select the Space.
- Choose the staff member.
- Set the date and time.
- Check the box for recurring classes.
- Schedule the recurrence.
- Once completed, click Save.
Additional notes
- End dates are optional for Group Class services. But please note that for recurring group classes, the service will repeat continuously according to the schedule of recurrence.
- To stop offering a group class, simply archive them by clicking on the red archive icon on the right. This is located on the Services dashboard.
