How to Export Paid/Unpaid Booking Status for the Past 30 Days?

You can generate reports for paid and unpaid bookings for specific dates. Use these reports to gauge client interest in different appointment types or track which staff members are most likely to book appointments. Run reports on all Service Types, Order Status (paid and unpaid), and Cancellation Status (Active and Cancelled).


To export Export Paid and Unpaid Booking Status based on a specific date range from AOT Booking Report to a CSV file: 

  1. Click Reports in the AOT Sidebar.
  2. On the Report Dashboard page, select Booking Report to view and generate.
  3. Go to the Date Range field and set the custom date for viewing and generating reports.
  4. Go to the Order Status field and set the order status of the booking (Paid, Unpaid, or All Status). Click Apply Filters button.
  5. After you run the report, you may view it in excel/CSV file or export report results by clicking the Export to Excel button.
  6. The report is generated in Excel and automatically saved into your local drive with a filename of Bookings_Report_(Month)_(Date)_(Year)__(Hour)_(Minutes)_(Seconds)_(AM/PM)
