Customize the content and languages on your Customer Booking Page

AOT enables you to fully customize every word of your booking page to perfectly match your company's personality and image.

You can even include a number of different languages on your booking page, with full control of the translations, for the convenience of your customers.

For example, if your business offers tutorial sessions, not appointments, you can change the highlighted text strings in the below image of a sample booking page as follows:

• Appointments to Tutorials
• Book an appointment to Book tutorial

You can edit the strings and translations on your booking page on the Languages tab. You can access the Languages tab in two ways:

• On the AOT sidebar, select Settings > Booking Page Settings, and then select the Languages tab. 
• On the AOT sidebar, Services > on the Preview Booking Page button, select Customize Booking Page > Languages tab.

1. In the Languages tab, you can see the table of strings that you can edit and customize on your booking page.

2. In the table, find the string that you want to edit. Scroll down within the table, or you can also search for the string in the search box to locate the string.

3. Edit the string as you prefer. The updated string will be automatically saved and immediately reflect on your live booking page.

4. If you have other languages enabled for your booking page, you can edit the translations of the string on its corresponding rows. The updated translations will immediately reflect on your live booking page.

5. Verify your changes on your live booking page. In the example below, the Appointments and Book an appointment strings have been respectively updated to Tutorials and Book tutorial.
