Create and Book Appointments, Groups and Class Series (Admin Account)
With AOT.plus, admins can create and book appointments for clients.

Always on Time (AOT.plus) offers services, such as one-on-one, group, and series classes, that suit your scheduling needs. Create a series of classes or group workshops to engage with your customers long-term.
This guide covers how admin can create appointments, groups, and class series.
Client Dashboard
Add clients for a series of appointments for several days or custom dates.

- Go to Client on your sidebar, locate the client to add an appointment, and click the pencil icon.
- On the Client Account, go to the Appointment tab and click + Add Appointment button.
- You will be redirected to the Booking Page and select appointment service.
- On the Book a Class Page, select Date and Time on the drop-down menu, and once confirmed, click Book Now!
- Complete the Basic Information, and click the Book Additional Dates toggle menu to add additional dates.
- Click Recurring to choose how often the appointment date repeats or Custom Dates to add another date scheduled. Click Book Now!

7. On the Booking Summary page, the appointment details appear for review. Click Confirm & Book Now.

8. Booking Confirmation will appear, and a confirmation email will be sent.
Sign-In Kiosk
Book new and existing clients into classes using the AOT Sign-In Kiosk. Clients can also self-register upon arrival.
- Launch Sign-In Kiosk.
- Add clients by clicking on the “Register Now” button.

3. Complete the Basic Information. Click Register Now when done.
4. A pop-up confirmation message will appear for successfully added cllient/s. Click Confirm & Book Now.

5. Booking Confirmation will appear, and a confirmation email will be sent.
Booking Page
- Go to the Booking Page in your sidebar and select the Appointment Service.
- On the Book a Class page, select Date and Time. Click Book Now.

3. Complete the Basic Information, and click the Book Additional Dates toggle menu to add additional dates.
