Can I Check and Export my Client’s Attendance Based on Location?

You can generate reports about your client attendance based on booking location, paid or unpaid, canceled and active, and staff assigned. The Booking Report includes Client Name, Date Range, Staff Assigned, Service Type, Order Status, and Cancellation Status. It may also differ if the client used a coupon after the service was booked. You may also check the Checked In and Check-in Time of the client.


To export clients’ attendance based on location.  

  1. Click Reports in the AOT Sidebar.
  2. On the Report Dashboard page, select Booking Report to view and generate.
  3. Filter report by Location and Staff. Once set, click the Apply Filters button.
  4. The last two columns show the checked-in details and time. TRUE for checked-in customers or FALSE for customers who did not attend the booking.
  5. After you run the report, you may view it in Excel/CSV file or export report results by clicking the Export to Excel button.
  6. The report is generated in Excel and automatically saved into your local drive with a filename of Bookings_Report_(Month)_(Date)_(Year)__(Hour)_(Minutes)_(Seconds)_(AM/PM)
